Shipping &Returns
Overview
We do not accept returns on body care products for health and safety reasons. For all other (non-body) products, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided you include a receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may be eligible only for a partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing period, which may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If you believe your refund is delayed or missing, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at jerseygirlsoapllc@gmail.com.
Sale & Gift Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are final sale and non-refundable. If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once we receive it. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the purchaser had it shipped to themselves first, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To initiate a return, mail your item to: Jersey Girl Soap LLC, 647 Mundy Gulch Road, Indian Valley, Idaho 83632. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
